Q: Can further directors or shareholders to added to a company created on ROD?
A: Yes. The limits set (for example a sole director $99.00 company) are only for the creation of the company. We have done this in order to price new companies according to the complexity when we are creating them for you. Of course, once a company is registered you are free at any time to appoint further officers or issue further shares without any limit (subject to the law). So if the current need is for a sole director company with up to two shareholders, then use this version to obtain the lowest price for your new company. If a further director is to be appointed, or additional shares issued, you can do this immediately after registration or at any future time that the need arises.
