ROD is a self-launching CD that presents on your screen an index of the company documents, including minutes, consents and the company's constitution.

The constitution provided with your new company has been drafted for us by Harwood Andrews Lawyers. As with all of the documents contained on ROD, the constitution may be viewed on screen, or with the simple click of your mouse, printed in full. No more tearing apart bound constitutions every time your client sees their bank!

The traditional company register is a hold over from a time when "shelf company providers" needed a convenient way to keep all of the incorporation documents in one place, together with the transfer documents when the company was eventually sold. With the advent of instant company registrations, the register becomes more of a space waster for professionals already buried under mountains of paper.

ROD was designed to provide you with all of the convenience of having documents in one place, but without the space requirements of registers. Of course, you can have the benefits of ROD together with a traditional company register if required.

ROD is delivered to you in a specially created CD storage packet together with the original certificate of registration for the company, post-incorporation minutes pre-printed for signature and any other documents requiring immediate completion (such as for example, the Occupier's Consent). Of course, copies of these are also stored on ROD.
